Jul 22, Mike, I used the Bayer Rose Care product with the fertilizer OVER the top of a lot of miniature rose bushes that I bought from N’oreast Roses when they sold out, and the fertilizer burned and killed a lot of the plants. I learned to put it around the bases of the rose bushes. But I do love the Bayer products for everything.
